Please read the details of our coaching program below. Coaching with us is a six month commitment. We have found that for most cases, we need at least four months focused around relief and corrective care - the remaining two months are focused around building your confidence and equipping you with tools for ongoing success. There is no “quick fix” when rebuilding your health, but you probably already know that. We need six months of you life to educate, empower, support, and guide you through your self-healing protocols, so you never have to do it again. We are committed to supporting our clients, but they have to commit to themselves first. The investment in our six month program is $6700 - payment options are available. Please note the GI MAP is not included in this program price, as the lab requires payment from the client. Please schedule a call if you have questions.

Two 90 minute R&R sessions to explain your lab results and how they relate back to you! This is our favorite part of the program because it validates everything you have been feeling.

Bi-weekly Zoom sessions with your practitioner for support, guidance, and fine-tuning.

Access to workshops and recordings, featuring Mindset Matters with Clara, CILC and Real Talk with Kelsey Weaver, FDN-P, FHP, HHP, Pn1 & 2.
Two Zoom sessions with our fitness expert, Sam Weaver CCC, FRC-Ms, CPT. Together, you will discuss a fitness program that makes sense for you, in the gym or at home.

FAQs
Do you have to be in the US to join the program?
No! Our labs are able to ship to over 80 countries including North and South America, most of Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Reach out to us if you want to double check your area.
How soon will I feel better?
This depends on the person and their body’s ability to heal, adherence to the program, and their starting point or severity/longevity of symptoms or dysfunctions. Most people feel better right away! Most of the magic happens during the first 90-120 days.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately no. Although, some clients have had success use their HSA or FSA. Although, this will be dependent on your banking provider and what they allow.
What happens after six months?
We have an alumni program that is available to anyone who completes the 6 month program. This program features a couple options that can be tailored to your unique needs. Don’t worry, if you want to continue with us, we will make it happen.
Can I use my labs from my doctor?
We would love to see any previous labs you have had done. However, the functional labs we run are proprietary to FDN professionals, as they offer a whole-body approach with major systems and processes - hormones, immune function, detoxification, digestion, energy production/metabolism, nervous system, and oxidative stress.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
No. However, we do guarantee that as your practitioners, we will consistently show up and give our best effort expecting that energy to be matched by you. Results come when individuals follow our recommendations and protocols. If you don’t feel financially committed to this program and ready to invest in yourself, please take more time to think about your decision, as no refunds are offered once we have started.
