
DAILY PROTOCOL
Below is an example of what a daily meal plan and supplement intake would look like. Keep in mind, the supplements are just an option, so you will see those in italics. Remember, the cleanse is extremely beneficial even without the supplements. Start from the top of the list and work your way down in order. Almost always, you will start with drinking water with lemon or ACV (apple cider vinegar). Please note, you do not have to have lemon or ACV in your water at every meal. Often simply starting the day with warm lemon or ACV water is plenty. If you choose to omit them at times, be sure you are still drinking the water listed.
I encourage you to explore the problem-solving section of this cleanse if you have additional symptoms that you would like help resolving. Consider amending the daily protocol according to what you need through the cleanse. Remember, the cleanse is all about removing the inflammatory foods to allow your body to heal. The supplements are there to assist! But they simply play a supporting role and need to be chosen wisely according to your need.
