CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services or programs. I am here to support you achieve your highest health potential, and part of this requires a commitment from you to be fully invested in the coaching program.  Take the time to consider this investment in yourself before making your program purchase, as there are no exceptions to this policy.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled coaching session by emailing me at kelsey@theholistichealthlab.com. Sessions not cancelled within 24 hours will be considered a lost session and unable make up at a later date. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching program.
