It’s a scientific fact that if we track our habits, we will be more successful. What makes you feel like you have had a successful day? Write them down and use this free resource to track your consistency. You don’t have to be perfect! In fact, I never recommend shooting for perfection. I recommend shooting for 80% consistency when trying to form new habits, until they become more “automatic”. Use my suggested categories of wellness, or make up your own!
